Andre Silva explains choosing Real Sociedad

Andre Silva cannot put a date on when he will be ready to play for Real Sociedad.

The striker has arrived on-loan RB Leipzig injured.

He said at today's presentation: "I feel better than when I had the injury. Every day I am closer to return; but I don't want to venture a day because it was my first muscle injury and I have to listen to the doctors.

"Since I had the injury, I have always been working. I feel very capable of being very soon playing. But people who understand more about the injury give me a deadline to be more patient.

Why La Real? The first feeling I had was when I played here, in this stadium, and I loved it. I scored the goal and it wasn't very good for Real, but for me, since I played that game, I felt very good things.

"The opportunity arose, the interest of the Real, I spoke with my agents and it was something that I wanted to achieve soon. For the good things I felt and heard. That was the most important thing.
